Hi I’m Tasha!

I’m Tasha, I am an EFT practitioner or more commonly known as tapping. I run From the Inside Wellbeing which combines my knowledge of working in mental health and my skills as an EFT practitioner. I love being out with friends and family and then coming home to curl up with the cat on the sofa.

I am based in the Bradford/Leeds area and offer online sessions.

I am passionate about helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and have a better daily life.

I am a calm and empathetic individual who can provide a non-judgmental space for people to feel safe to share their individual journey.
