Emotional freedom technique (EFT) or tapping uses the same points as acupuncture, tapping on these points helps us to clear the emotional blocks that we have. EFT helps us to use the mind body connection to clear the blocks we have gaining through out our lives from a range of experiences.

Our bodies store emotions and how we feel. These can them become blocks and barriers for ourselves. These blocks can then manifest in different ways. This can be us being unable to achieve the goals that we want to achieve, fears, phobias, comfort eating, avoidance, limiting beliefs and much more .
Using EFT allows us to connect with the body and understand where this block may have come from. It might be something we leant as a child, stories we have told ourselves. These then may have become our belief systems and our core belief about ourselves, circumstances or situations.
How can EFT help me?
Connecting with our bodies through tapping helps us to look at the layers behind an issue you may be having. EFT can help with sleep problems, achieving goals, trauma, our relationships with others and ourselves. Tapping can often gives us the chance to clear feelings and emotions that we often struggle to put into words. Connecting with yourself and taking time to understand your mind body connection gives us the opportunity to understand ourselves and even acknowledge and accept.
