Inner balance! Half Day Retreat

Join us for a rejuvenating half day retreat focused on inner balance at South Square.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to connect with yourself and cultivate what inner balance means to you and your wellbeing.

Using yoga, meditation and tapping, you’ll develop your own flow and inner balance and discover how to recognise where you want and need more balance for yourself!

Walk away from this session feeling more physically and emotionally balanced within yourself!

No experience is necessary, just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore what inner balance means to you. Treat yourself to this opportunity for self-care and personal growth!

Agenda for the day:

Arrival -Welcoming and meet your facilitators Nicola and Tasha!

  • A grounding yoga session, using the breath, movement and stillness to encourage balance, in mind and in body.
  • A tapping circle to explore what knocks you ‘‘off balance” and how you can come back to achieving a state of inner harmony.
  • Refreshments provided by Plenty At The Square.
  • A Yoga Nidra guided meditation centred around inner balance.
  • A positive tap to seal in the sense of calm that inner balance brings.

About your facilitators:

Meet Nicola:

I am the founder of Yoga-Wellbeing by Nicola Stephenson, qualifying as a Yoga and Pilates instructor in 2010 after practicing yoga and all things wellbeing for as long as I can remember!

As an experienced yoga teacher, I run local Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga classes, and regular online Yoga sessions, as well as bespoke 1-1 and small group sessions in person and online.

My extensive experience of yoga and being a qualified Mindfulness and Meditation facilitator for adults and children, inspired me to deliver monthly online Nidra Meditation sessions that makes meditation accessible to all, as well as workshops and retreats throughout the year.

I am also a qualified Holy Fire Reiki and Reflexology Zones practitioner, and use them in my work alongside Aromatherapy Blending and Crystal and Chakra Mastery. Having explored each of these in depth, I use my extensive experience of different approaches to develop unique and fulfilling workshops.

My knowledge, experience and techniques support those who want to learn more about how mind, body and breath connection works to promote our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Meet Tasha:

I am a skilled EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, also known as tapping, and the founder of *From the Inside Wellbeing.* Drawing on my extensive experience in mental health and my expertise in EFT, I help individuals transform their relationship with themselves.

I specialise in supporting people who struggle with feelings of inadequacy, guiding them to reconnect with their true selves, embrace self-compassion, and appreciate who they are.

My own journey with tapping was transformative, opening doors I never thought possible—including the creation of my own business. Through tapping, I gained insight into the barriers I was creating for myself, as well as the fears and worries that held me back from stepping out of my comfort zone and pursuing new opportunities.

Today, I use this profound technique to empower others to overcome their own limitations and lead more fulfilling lives.

If you cancel more than 14 days before the event you will recieve partial refund – minus £20 deposit.

If you cancel less than 14 day before the event no refund will be given.
